I m not able to register Pleas I need immediate help,I don't ve credit card to enter details So means your product cant be used without credit card..?

Hi dear iPad comunity

yesterday i bought your product iPad 4 Cullular 16GB,

While registering it is asking for credit card details

I 'dont have one. As I will use cash always.

I dont really understand the concept to register the card details if you buy product

it says "this account has not yet been used with itunes please review your account info"?

Please some one help me to get in to Apps store. & use the products.
