If None is not available - On your computer launch iTunes and click "iTunes Store" in the left navigation pane. Click the "down arrow" next to your name at the top right side of the page and click "Account." Enter your username and password and click "View Account" to log into your account information. Next to your Payment Type, click "Edit." Select the "None" button and click "Done." Confirm that your card has been removed by returning to the Apple account information screen. Under Payment Type, it should say that there is no credit card on file.

no "none credit card" option on appstore... dont know why... is there any chance to get the free apps?

I'm on my phone and I don't have a computer choice at the moment , what can I do ?

I do not have the "none" option on the computer or my sons iPhone 4S. I have already called customer service once because the option was not on the phone and they referred me to the Apple ID website to create a new id for his phone. Their response was that they didn't know why I don't have the "none" option on the phone. The website did not give me the optiion either. Has anyone found a work around?

To open acount setting I have to "finish", my billing acount.

It looks like you have to go through one time and enter credit card information then if you go back in the None option will be there. This I'm guessing is to stop a bunch of "bots" from auto creating accounts or some way of verifying that accounts are being created by real people if I had to take a guess.

I don't have any none option in my payment method ?
