still bluetooth connection issue after OS X 10.8.5 (12F45)

hi

I ran the update that was supposed to fix the bluetooth connectivity issue.

so I have OS X 10.8.5 (12F45)

but I am still randomly experiencing loss of connectivity to keyboard and mouse.

generally after a complete restart.

I then have to turn them off, I mean seriously off since I actually have to remove the batteries.

then the mac finds them.

any idea ?
