Since I upgrades my 4S to IOS 7, I can't send email from 2 different accounts

I have done the update to 7.0.2, I have reset my network settings, powered the phone on and off, checked my server settings. Now I am just frustrated. There must be an easy fix...any one know what it is? I get a message saying, ' rejected by the server because it does not allow relaying.'

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.2
