Why can't I download the new iTunes 11.1.1

I connect my phone to my Windows 7 laptop, and my iTunes says that it cannot sync because i do not have the correct *.msi file. I don't understand. Help please.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.2

1. Remove iTunes and related components from the Control Panel

Use the Control Panel to uninstall iTunes and related software components in the following order. Then, restart your computer.

  1. iTunes
  2. Apple Software Update
  3. Apple Mobile Device Support
  4. Bonjour
  5. Apple Application Support (iTunes 9 or later)

2. Reinstall iTunes and related components

If the issue you're troubleshooting isn't resolved after following these steps, it isn't necessary to remove and reinstall iTunes multiple times.
