You never know for sure what someone has done to that IPSW.
I don't know who runs the server for www.ipswdownloader.com, so I don't know if they can be trusted to be providing you with a legit download, or a download that has been hacked in some way. I'm not sure I would trust any downloads that don't come direct from Apple's servers.
