Problems with new iOS

I did the new iOS update and it screwed my whole phone up. Now I have another update for iOS 7.0.2 how long does this one take and will it fix the problems I'm having now?

iPhone 4, iOS 7

As far as I remember it's only 20MB if you downlaod it via Settings/Softwareupdate.

If your data is still mixed up after that, try to set it up as new device, explained in this article:

Same here - my phone worked perfectly before 7 now its is messed up. ive just spent the last 1hr with apple support on line and the outcome is that i have to restore my phone to see if this works - but i also have 4 others that have the same problem too! dont forget to back up before you restore
