Q: Help me please?!

I've tried to restore my iPhone abd i do everything right, i backed it up, i updated my itunes, it just keeps saying that there is a Restore error 3149. I don't know what to do please help me.

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.2

Make sure you have an updated version of itunes, if its for ios7 youll have to have itunes 11.1 or higher
