Movie rental, via apple tv, was interrupted and now I can't find the prompt to start it again. When I try to rent it again, the prompt states that it has not been downloaded and that I should go to Settings, select Downloads, and Check for Downloads. 1) there are no such prompts under Settings. 2) Apple TV Settings prompt is Check for Rentals - but that only results in the spinning wheel?!
I have also, via my iPad, accessed iTunes - but no luck under downloads there either?!
