Iphone Music

Is there a way to disable the iPhone Music using icloud? If I put my iPhone sideways it shows all the albums on my icloud but does not actually show the music I want to play stored in my phone. It's pretty retarted becuase if you are in a location where WiFi or even your cell reception is bad, it tries to access the internet. It's the new IOS 7 Music app.
