Dropped my iPad now it's blue, can I fix this?

I dropped my iPad on its side and now all the images on the screen are teal blue? Can I fix this? How?

I have fixed a couple dozen of these by dropping about 3 inches above a sturdy desk on the right hand long edge of the ipad. If it is under warranty send it back. You can check that on the back. It has worked on about 90% of them, all out of warranty of course. It is because Apple did a horrendous job of the attaching of the video cable to the board and it jars out of place easily. I think now they put a piece of tape on it.
