iTunes Store app stuck on "Loading..."

Hello, all! I've been having this issue over the past couple of weeks and googling away to see if there's a fix, but I haven't yet found one, and it's really starting to bug me. It's becoming a nuisance for me to have to use the computer any time I'd like to buy a song.

My iPod otherwise works well with iTunes on my Windows machine...shows up, syncs, etc. It's been an issue between iOS 7.0 and 7.0.2. I did a full restore using the IPSW file when I updated to iOS 7.0. Also, I'm running iTunes 11.1, and updating to iTunes 11.1.1 right now, but I'm pretty sure that won't fix the issue. If it does, I'll be sure to update the thread.

Any time I attempt to open the iTunes Store app on my iPod, it won't work. It shows a blank screen, eventually showing a spinning indicator and "Loading..." for a few seconds, then it disappears, and then it goes back to the same screen. I cannot access the iTunes Store through the Home screen or by using a link from Facebook/whatever.

It seems others have had issues with this, but I haven't yet found a way that fixes it. I've tried it at home and with my college's way faster internet, and other apps (including the App Store and even the iBooks Store) work just fine, so there's no connectivity problem so far as I can see. It's just the iTunes Store app which absolutely will not work for some reason.

Thank you!

http://www.digitaltrends.com/mobile/ios-7-problems/next:

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Unsync all music and resync

- Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore from backup. See:

iOS: How to back up

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Tried resetting the device, unsyncing, resetting all settings, restoring from a backup, and restoring to factory settings. None worked.

I have no clue how it could possibly be a hardware issue if all other Internet-connected apps, including the other stores, work perfectly fine. The nearest Apple Store to me is over three hours away, and I don't want to make that trip unless I absolutely have to for obvious reasons.

Another issue I've been noticing is that I'm unable to use the Set Automatically feature on Settings > General > Date & Time. It requests my location (and yes, Location Services is working in other apps, too), and then a spinning indicator shows up and never goes away. This happens on other networks, as well.

I just don't think it can be a hardware issue.
