To activate your iPhone after the iOS 7 update, it sounds like you need the Apple ID and Password you currently have enabled on it. If you can't recall the details of it, you can call Apple and they can try and help you recover that email address. They'll likely direct you here to do so. The most they'll be able to do is see if you can find your Apple ID using your existing email addresses. If you can find it, then you may be able to reset the password over the phone with them. Otherwise, you may need to restore your device to defaults and set it up with a new Apple ID and Password.
