After use ear phone(original apple)listen music and take out ear phone,then I make call,the people other site cannot listen me although I speak louder still hear. Then I restart my iPhone 4S totally is become normal.Is that hard ware problem or software?

That link u gone me,nothing can solve this problem.every time after I use ear phone listen music,then take out the ear phone,test for make call,other side people still cannot hear my voice,some like the system or sofware mic cannot get back normal at Iphone mic.
