spreadsheet missing

I purchased an app call spreadsheet and store a lot of data in it. After I updated to OS7. The app was missing. Try to download from icloud but it said is no longer available. Send massage to customer support, they did not help anything at all. I paid the app and it should be in my phone all the time. This is really the fault of Apple but they just cross their arms.
