Please help first time mac user.....
I have never owned a mac purchased one 6 months ago, i have only used twice now and when i turned it on today the iMac beeps 3 times and will not startup

Either there's a problem with the computer's RAM(remove and reinsert it) or an attempt was made to boot the computer from a Mac OS X version too old for it.
