Imac won't startup after update IOS7

After update last week(9-10-13) Imac won't startup anymore. All combinations of startup keys like Shift of command-option, P R don't work. What can I do to start up my Imac?

iMac, iOS 7.0.2

The only thing I see is a grey screen with Apple logo and sometimes a timeline. After that only a grey screen, logo and the cirle that rotates like a wheel. Nothing happens..please help! I need my Imac for my work.

Its very diffcult to help you if you don't advise what version of O S X is installed? Macs don't run IOS, they run OS X. IOS is for devices like an iPad, iPhone and iPod. OS X and IOS are two toally seperate operating systems.
