Its been 2 weeks and my Itunes 11 is not working and syncing. all my songs and videos from Ipod is gone. i have gone thru all possbilities, but in vein.
i restored the software IOS7.2,
unsynced, and synced back,
reformated. but no repsonse. all it shows is "waiting for changes to be applied".
Please Help.

My mistake, its IOS7.0.2.
i do not have voice memos,
i have reinstalled the itunes 11.1.1. the old itunes does not accept the Ipod 5.
also i restored to factory settings because my itunes stores was not working. but now the Itunes Store is working and not the Itunes on my desktop.
Nothing works... any other solution.
A very few other uses have had the same error and I have not seen a solution. If you have a laptop I would make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. Bring the laptop.

There are Apple Stores in other countries. And if there are none where you live, you probably can call Apple Support.

Tell me as much as you know about the computer that you're trying to get Itunes to work on.
Is it a Mac or Windows?
What're the specs on your computer?
I need that information in order to continue so let me know as soon as you read this.

Alright, completely uninstall the version you have of iTunes have. Go to control Panel and go to " Programs and Features", then scroll down to iTunes in the programs list and uninstall it.
Then go to your "Computer" and go into your "C" Drive and go to the programs folder and delete your iTunes folder and then go back to "My Computer" and go into your C drive again and then go into "Documents and Settings" and click User and then go to App Data folder, or Application Data( you might have to go through a folder called "local" to get to app data, maybe) and if you see an ITunes folder in there.. Then delete it.
After ITunes is completely deleted, go and download the Newest ITunes and reinstall it again and try it. If it doesn't work then it would be on the Computer side and then we can troubleshoot from there.
Please reply telling me if you need help with anything I just said, or if it did not fix your issue.

my problem is solved after release of IOS 7.0.3.... im able to sync my iPod now...
all what im in vain is that ipod does not support BBM which is really very disheartening.
