I have recntly asked Tesco Mobile to unlock my Iphone 4s i have recieved a carrier update but it still will not work on any other network can you help??

Are or have you followed the doc above TO THE LETTER ,it will not happen if you don't

You have followed that document to the letter ? including getting the message "congratulations etc...."
i got a mesage on itunes saying that carrier update i did this and have carried out the steps on your link but still no joy. Do you think i should contact tesco again or is there another way round?
You need to restore the phone as a new device.
Ok so i remove the old sim do restore the phone without the any sim because if i do that the phone then asks for a sim and my orange sim wont work. i seem to be going round in circles ahh!
