Q: I have recently asked tesco mobile to unlock my iPhone 4s they have sent a request to apple asking for it to be unlocked i have received a carrier update but still it will not accept any other sim cards can you help?

I have tryed that already but still no joy any other ideas ??

i got a mesage on itunes saying that carrier update i did this and have carried out the steps on your link but still no joy. Do you think i should contact tesco again or is there another way round?

Ok so i remove the old sim do restore the phone without the any sim because if i do that the phone then asks for a sim and my orange sim wont work. i seem to be going round in circles ahh!
