What do you do when you have an incomplete song?
I have a song that only plays for 3 seconds then stops. I thought I could redownload the purchase but it wont let me. Is there another option?

I'm not familiar with an iPod Touch, but I have had this problem on an iMac. I found I had to delete the song from iTunes library and empty trash before I could download the song again. It has always been fine after downloading for a second time.
You can access your song via the "purchased" quick link in the iTunes store.
