Echo problem when streaming audio from iPhone 5 to car audio system via Bluetooth

I am experiencing intermittent sound distortion when listening to my Music from iPhone 5 streaming to car audio via Bluetooth. The distort sounds are echo, clicking background noise and choppy. It happen time to time and during phone conversation through the car audio system.

I've break the pairing and reestablish the connection, the sound quality back to normal. I've not tested with other Bluetooth devices. Anyone having the same problem? Or it is my car audio system?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.2

In my experience, when updates are released for iOS devices, compatible devices release an update to maintain compatibility. Step 2 from the article below recommends checking with the manufacturer of your car stereo to see if there is a firmware update available for your car stereo:

Verify that both your car stereo and your device have the latest software versions. Contact the manufacturer to see if any updates are available. If your device does not have the latest version of the iOS, update to the latest software version.
