I installed iCloud and "VIDEO" in CAMERA no longer works on my Mac, iPhone and iPad. Can anyone tell me why this is occuring?

iPhone 4S, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)

Does this involve iPhoto for Mac in some way? Perhaps you need the iCloud forum?
