Extract DVD audio and save to play

I would like to copy music from a dvd onto Itunes to load on other devices so I can enjoy the music. These are dvds that were made strictly for recording the concerts. If these dvds are not protected is there some way to save just the music and if so can anyone tell me how this is done.

You can use WireTap or Audacity to "record" the audio (in real time - meaning you's have to "play" the DVD while you record it.)

You can also use Toast to make a "digital copy" of the DVD in AVI or MP4 format (as long as the DVDs aren't copy protected), and then use an audio converter to convert the AVI or MP4 to MP3 (I use xilisoft video converter to "extract" MP3 from video all the time) SoundConverter is available in the App Store, I've also used that for about seven years.
