"All the way up" click for long PDF files as on iOS

Dear people at Apple,

I really hope for a feature which already works brilliant on iOS: The "all the way up" click on top of a (browser / pdf file) window. I would love to see that on Mac for long PDF files, websites etc.

That would be brilliant!

Thank you so much

Best wishes,

Konstantin
