Since upgrading to ios 7 the size of fonts has increased when printing from mail

Ever since the ios 7 update whenever I print from the mail application, the text is almost double what it was when using ios 6, and the line spacing is increased too. Does anyone know what could be causing this, or is it something that's changed with ios 7?

The printer we are using is an HP Deskjet 3050A multifunctional, which has airprint support built in, and we are using an iPad 2.

Any help on this would be much appreciated.
