ios 7 Email Features not Working - Trash / select features don't work

When selecting emails, the option to delete them disappears immediately. If I hit "edit" and select a bunch of emails, they will instantly stop being checked before I can delete them and the trash button in the lower right grays out. I need a fix for this!
