While running Windows 7 with Bootcamp I got a blue screen talking about memmoy. What happens with that trouble?

I have installed win7 on mountain lion 10.8.5 and at the begining it seemed to work good but now in the last 2 times I have stayed using Win7 suddenly i got a blue screen I as I could read, it is about memory failure.

Does anybody can help me with that?

Or maybe someone had the same problem I have fixed it all, please share your tips or trick.
