Print size problems

I recently had to reformat my harddrive and re-instal Aperture. After re-instalation I try to print 4x6 prints from Aperture. The view from 4x6 borderless print screen in aperture is the correct size but the actual print cuts off about a quarter inch on all four sides, cutting off important photo information. i did not have this problem before re-instalation I am using the same icc profiles as before re-instalation (Canon supplied profiles). Any sugestions?
