Laggy HD episode?

So I bought and downloaded a tv episode off iTunes, and it lags and stops like crazy and the sound is out of sync with the video. It is HD, but a few weeks ago I bought another HD episode of the same show and that one plays totally fine. So, I don't think there's a problem with my computer (I have Windows 7 btw.)

But was there an error when I downloaded or something? How can I fix it?? I paid $2.99 for it so please help me fix. Thanks 🙂
