How do I remove iCloud Safari Data that has been populated on my phone from a temporary device?

I changed my phone due to a faulty button. When I got the new phone, I set up iCloud on it and did some reading. When I reached home, I restore the phone from a backup.

However, if you look at the screenshot, the data from Safari of a factory setting device (m1shp_intsvc) still exist.

Thank you, allen a, although this doesn't really address the underlying issue. I too have problems with Safari data in iCloud. I, like many people, cannot clear/delete Top Hits (that show up when you start typing a search in Safari - iOS7). I can get them to disappear if I turn Safari off in iCloud, but I want to use iCloud syncing for Safari. I cannot find a way to permanently delete the Safari data from iCloud (i.e., start with a clean slate). Thanks.
