Is it possible to gain remote access to a windows computer behind a OS X server?

I am wanting to replace my current SBS 2003 with a Mac Server with multiple XP Pro client computers.  I have several users who currently connect to their systems remotly.  Is this possible if I were to switch to a Mac server?

Thanks for any help, suggestions.

It should be possible to do that with OpenVPN.

I run it on my home router and on a Mac at the school I support.

This lets me tunnel from home to the Mac and other devices on its subnet.

Your users would probably need VPN installed on whatever devices they are using for remote access.
