error message says iCloud backup this iPad hasn't been backed up for 3 weekss. Backups happen when this iPad is locked, plugged in and connected to WiFI. I've done all of those things but iPad stays locked. I'm stumped!!

Try Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > Back Up Now
If that doesn't work, check Settings > iCloud and make sure you are properly logged in.

Reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
Note: Data will not be affected.
my iPAD is stuck. message says it needs backing up to though nothing happens for seveal days HELP
