Safari is not working

Safari or any other applications are not working when using Wifi ON, up and running.

I have tried different options disconnecting wifi and checking IP Adresses but everything is OK in the Network Setting.

Any other suggestions what should I check? My emails are not working either. Looking forward to your comments.
