Hi, is it possible to install Final Cut Pro 5.0.1 on a macbook running Version 10.6.8? I know it works on Macbook 10.5.8. Please help. Any information or advise will be appreciated. Thanks

Only if that computer isn't an Intel Mac...meaning any of the newer models. 5.0 doesn't work on INTEL Macs, the first version that did is 5.1.

I needed that affirmation to move on to Plan B. I have also tried installing Final Cut Express on Macbook 10.6.8 and it just didn't accept it. And yes it is an intel.
