I have Pages, Keynote on iPhone 5S can I get it on my MacBook Pro Retina?

I have a 5S and was able to download iWork (Pages, Keynote, Numbers) included with iOS 7 and went on iPad purchased tab and was able to download it on there without additional cost; however on MacBook Pro (Late 2013) the purchased does not have Pages or Number for previously downloaded apps. Do I have to pay or is there way to get it as part of the qualifying device? or will I be credited the amount I paid on iTunes?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

You will need to Purchase the Mac Versions.

Pages, Numbers and Keynote for iOS are completely and totally different than Pages, Numbers and Keynote for OS X (Macs).

You must purchase the OS X applications for your Mac at the App Store on your Mac. It doesn't matter whether you have them for iOS or not regarding your OS X purchases.
