Q: during software update my iphone has freezed on the terms and conditions and its not going further

During software update, my iphone has froze n the terms and conditions, even in spite of agreeing to the terms and conditions of the icloud, the page is not going further, how to solve the issue and use the phone again

iPhone 4, iOS 7

Perform a Reset... Try again...

Reset ( No Data will be Lost )

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.
