Exporting contacts from a 2G phone to SIM gives me "name1/1", "name2/1", "name3/4", etc. These gets imported into iPhone 4S as "other/misc", not "phone number", and this "other/misc" does not get exported to iTunes.

1. Exports contacts from a 2G phone to SIM.

2. This gives me "name1/1", "name2/1", "name3/4", etc., instead of "name1/H", "name2/M". This is the design of the 2G phone.

3. Import them to iPhone 4S. These gets imported into iPhone 4S as "other/misc", not "phone number". These are listed other "other/misc" but can be dialed.

4. Export them to iTunes, then use "wab" to export to (CSV or VCF). This "other/misc" does not get exported to iTunes.

Better, please tell me how to export contact phones from iPhone 4S to the SIM card.

Thank you very much.

It is the height of arrogance to ask for special treatment from a user to user forum; that is, to ask for a private reply. You get email notifications every time your message thread is updated. If you are too lazy to click on the link to the reply but expect the VOLUNTEERS in the forum to go out of their way to help you that is also the height of selfishness. You don't deserve help.
