Q: i forgot my rescue email and my security questions

Dec 28, 2013 7:09 AMby gigi123yo,ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE, my apple id got blocked cuz i was getting my answers wrong on my security questions. I live in france, and apple support there is ****. Every time they call me, and ask me to press 1 for an expert, I do and the call drops. Wow apple, thats amazing SUPPORT.

Dec 29, 2013 9:02 AMby Kayla5663,I've had this EXACT same problem, it's been going on for a week now, I already put my iTunes gift card code in and registered it, there goes some money I CAN'T EVEN USE. Plus, this account isn't even new! The security question crap came up completely randomly, and none of apples articles or technical support helps whatsoever. They say they're trying to make sure your account is "safe", what? Safe from you using it? My friend has this exact problem and I asked her how she fixed it, she told me she don't and she's forced to only get free apps. Great service apple. Outstanding..

Dec 30, 2013 12:35 PMby Seanycool,Well, i've had this problem since christmas day when i got a couple gift cards and i finally got time to talk to them on the phone. It was super easy, the lady was nice and she gave me a couple codes all i had to do was read them and confirm a couple things and she was able to allow me to reset my security questions on manage apple id. So relieved!

Apple says they send you an email, I've tried and tried sending it for these past 2 weeks and I've gotten nothing...
