If you did not set up a RESCUE (not Alternate)email address on your Apple ID before you forgot your password, then you won't be able to set one up until you gain access to your Apple ID account again.
If you don't remember the answers to your Security Questions, then you MUST contact Apple Support to get a reset link: ACCOUNT SECURITY SUPPORT
This isn't rocket science....
