Q: i forgot my rescue email and my security questions

This happened to me recently too. I followed the help of another person on here and it worked!

And you can't fix this online.

Go to expresslane.apple.com

select MORE PRODUCTS / SERVICES

select MY APPLE ID

select OTHER APPLE ID PRODUCTS

select FORGOTTEN ...SECURITY.....

select CONTINUE

select TALK TO SUPPORT NOW....

I scheduled a call time for help and they called exactly at the time I requested. Apple was very helpful and made it easy to reset my security questions. They will walk you through it. Step by step. Be next to your computer because they will need you to log into your apple ID account. Hope this helps!

That is exactly my problem! I MEAN LOOK AT ALL THESE PEOPLE RESPONDING TO THE SAME PROBLEM! It's 12:15 and I just wanted to buy one app, but no. Of course I have to go to all these websites and do all this, and IT DIDNT EVEN POP UP! There was no option to " send link to rescue email " on my device. I give up. I'm going to sleep...

I guess apple wants to lose money because I have the same problem and there is nothing that I can find to help me

I had the same problem in Google Chrome. Switched to Apple's Safari browser and then the verification email was sent correctly.

Why does apple have to make it so hard for people. I cant spend my gift card now.

Same boat here too. Except I recently deleted my past emails because of all the spam I was getting and now I have no access to them.

Same i dont know how to put rescue mail and i forgot my security question and theres no tab

I've been having this problem for months. I can't spend the $15 I put on my account.

I forgot my questions and my rescue email! and none of this is helping me!

... My rescue email is apparently the same as yours.... Without the stars it just says 'rescue', or so I believe.  

It's stupid that they make you have acces to your security email instead of letting it send the email to your primary or secondary email. It's also stupid that they have the questions in the first place, is an email and a password not enough?  Do you really need to be able to answer some stupid questions you put in when you first got your device? I have other devices that are connected to my id, I have my id email and password and secondary email. Do they really need more proof that it's really me? Come on apple.
