Q: How should I take back up iPhone 4s

I need to a back up for my contacts, mails,songs, what's aap, Facebook , twitterA/c , and other social network.

I am not able to take it as it is showing an error again and again and I am not able to as I would to use latest software

For my phone. If you guys need that snap I can mail you that as well.so plz help me asap

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3
