I can't update or download apps on my iPad mini.. Wifi iOS 7 !!

Question

Why I can't update or download apps on my iPad mini since I upgraded it to iso7 ?

Anyone else facing the same problem?

I emailed apple support about it but I didn't get ant answer that would help.

What should I do?

I even upgraded to 7.0.2 but same problem.

iPad 2, iOS 7.0.2

Updating the information :

Apple support has emailed me back.. I just explained the problem in details! Now waiting for an answer.
