Q: I cannot send mail via my Mail app @mac.com icloud account

If I receive e-mail from people who sent to my @mac account my server rejects my reply mail using @mac and I have to change to my @me address. I have my @mac address as one addresses in my list of legit icloud addresses along with @me but for some reason the icloud server will not accept @mac mails only @me

What do I need to do to get round this irritation?

Hello Neal,

Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing when trying to send using your @mac account. I found a couple of articles that I think will help with the situation you described.
