I bought my MacBook Pro in Janurary of this year.
The MacBook works fine, no problems whatsoever, apart from this little annoying clicking sound i keep getting from the body (beside the trackpad).
If i lift my MacBook, move it, or even leav my hands on it to type, i keep getting this clicking sound from the left side of the trackpad.
Any ideas?

As it is still in warranty, I'd have Apple check it out. Not sure what MacBook Pro variant you have but many have the hard drive in the area left of the trackpad
The only noise makers in your MBP are the fans and HDD. Clicking sounds from either one are not a good sign. Make an appointment at an Apple store genius bar and have them check out the issue.
Make certain that you have your data backed up.

This sudden motion sensor clicks when it stops the hdd from spinning to prevent damage. Since you are reporting clicking when moving the computer then this is probably the sound you are hearing. If it is clicking when just sitting still on a table, then you should be worried about HDD or fan problems.
