Feb 14, 2014 6:30 AM in response to flapntrackby KristinCaye,I have had this problem with in-app purchases too, and discovered that I was actually getting billed for purchases that said they could not be completed. These purchases were not showing up with an iTunes receipt. I contacted the app developer and so far this has not been resolved, and it's a nice chunk of money.

Feb 23, 2014 10:39 AM in response to nooitafby Lonemadrona,This absolutely worked for me. Faster than rebooting the iPad. Still a pain though.

Mar 2, 2014 8:58 AM in response to flapntrackby Nauman,I'm having the exact same problem. If I close down the App Store and reopen it, I can go to that same app and download it from the little cloud.
Really frustrating though.

Mar 5, 2014 10:45 AM in response to KristinCayeby Helpy-Helperton,If you receive the message to contact support when you are trying to purchase anything, that means you need to contact support. THere are no workarounds. Also, when you get that message, your purchase has not been completed, you have NOT been charged. Keep in mind there are two things at play. 1. Almost all purchase attempts get pre-authorizations first... a pre-authorization can exist even if the purchase is not completed.. Pre-authorizations are temporary. 2. Many receipts come the next day. So a receipt you get today, after getting that message, may feel like you were just charged, when it was actually yesterday's purchases or purchases from hours ago.

Mar 13, 2014 9:53 AM in response to Ebeau97by nateschmoll,Are you running 7.1? Perhaps it's fixed in the new release?
-
Mar 13, 2014 9:58 AM in response to flapntrackby nooitaf,iOS 7.1 seemed to have fixed the issue.
Just tested a random free App on my iphone4 and it works like it's supposed to, finally.
