Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. I would check to make sure Automatic Downloads are on for the same Apple ID that you are using on your iPhone:

Enabling Automatic Downloads on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores on your device.
- Tap Sign In if you're not already signed in to the iTunes Store.
- Enter your Apple ID and password.
- Tap to enable or disable Automatic Downloads for each content type.
If they are already on, I would also suggest restarting and resetting your iPhone to see if that resolves the issue:
