The Past purchases link is missing off my Itunes page. Has anyone else seen this issue. If so what do I need to do to to get it back?

You don't get the Purchased link in the Quicklinks section on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page e.g.
If it is then you've tried logging out of your iTunes (Store > Sign Out menu option) and logging back in and/or tried closing and re-opening iTunes ?
