I preordered an album on iTunes which was available to download last night. I got an email with a download link which when I clicked took me to my iTunes downloads. There is nothing available to download yet the album says I've purchased it and won't let me download it again. I cannot find it in my purchases and it isn't on my iPhone as being downloaded. Where do I find it?

Had the same problem. I dug up the email that I received from ITunes that informed me the album is now available for download and clicked the link in the email. This initiated the process and I was able to download it.
But it didn't upload to the cloud. Its always something.
I was able to downoad Rat Trap, but not the full album.
I called Tech support and apparently i was short a couple cents on buying the full album so i recommend you go onto this link and they will call you!
