Suddenly when I tap on mail I'm getting a black screen titled accounts with "move this message to a new mailbox" but doesn't respond when tapped on any of the words including cancel. I've tried deleting an account and reinstating it.

Suddenly when I tap on mail I'm getting a black screen titled accounts with "move this message to a new mailbox" but doesn't respond when tapped on any of the words including cancel. I've tried deleting an account and reinstating it.

This is on my iPhone 4 using ios7

I've got around the problem by going through safari to hotmail and from there putting an icon on my home screen. But I would still like to get out of that black screen.
