JR_not_Ewing Level 1 Level 1

Did an option key start after the question mark file came up on start-up. After three hour internet recovery I have the Mac OS X Utilities up with four choices, Time Machine Backup (tried this, nothing there), Reinstall Mac OS X, Get Help Online and Disk Utility. What do I do now? I'm not Mac savy. Any help appreciated.

It would sem the hard drive has big problelms, but does any other Partitition show?

Ouch, it does appear that the Hard Drive has failed.

 

I'm not exactly sure which MBA you have, but...
